Swathi Kappagantula

Swathi has worked in diplomacy and international affairs for over 25 years. With a creative background in dance and music, her cultural advocacy work has been a lifelong passion. Frequent international moves provided opportunity for reconsidering and redesigning the concept of home, and her interest in cultural design, built heritage, and placemaking.

She is a member of the Ottawa Art Gallery Board of Directors, and is member of the board and heritage committee of the Rockcliffe Park Residents Association. She is a graduate of the London School of Economics, University of Pennsylvania, and Elmwood School. She lives in Ottawa, Canada with her husband and two children.
